Great work! I have done a lot of research on the 1 litre Honda motor and the BT-18 chassis for my build. If you are familiar with the old Heller BT15 kit, you will see that this 18 was a development of the 15 (2 in. longer engine bay, taller rear uprights) and will be developed into the BT21 (lower spaceframe).

My question is the shade of green used. Roughly how much black did you put into the 43?

Very nice build.

Thanks!

Honestly, I have no idea. I decanted some TS43 in a small jar, and then added a bit black, I didn't measure it, I just decanted it directly from the can with the straw in the jar, until it looked good.

whatisdeletrazdoing wrote:Beautiful work! And excellent photography as always. I *think* this is the only full-detail non-monocoque Formula car in 1/20 scale and the engineering on that kit is top notch stuff!
Neko's 1/20 RF81 FF1600 is also a full detail tube framed Formula Ford car and is also beautifully engineered.
