Could it be a Lotus 49 C version? Anyhow I guess the slicks came into F1 during 1971 - so yes we must talk late 60 or very early 70. Which opens up for MANY different cars.

Auch, that is my favorite period in F1 cars. Could be difficult to neglect.

Could it be the blue Stewart March 701 (Tyrrell)? The tyres are a match.
