I think the quality of the wm parts could be a bit better. I'm not a huge fan of those very visible 3dprint steps....better printer, some cleanup before casting, maybe some careful blasting..guess there are a few solutions to this.
But I really dont like all those rods and tubes. Try to explain it with my limited english. I'm really not a fan to cast those suspension supports and all the other rods/tubes in wm becasue the always look bended. Maybe add some small tube were you just can slide in the end connectors....Was that clear !?
This is something I do to all my kits. Plastik or MM. I think tubes and rods need to be perfectly straight not wobbly or bended.
Just some thoughts....really interest how this one turns out in the end.
I completely agree with that...All the MM kits I bought and build so far all needed to replace the casted rods with solid rods (alu, brass etc..)

Hi Manu,
I don't know what previous Wolf kits are you talking about.
I had the opportunity to build a previous one (Alfa 182). https://www.f1m.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=30669
Not so detailed like this one but the quality of the content is the same.
I'm decaling the rear wing.
Decals are very thin and the clear border almost desapear after placed.
But you have to be very cautious placing the stripes.
And they have UV protection, so you don't need clearcoat (but I do).

Alex.
Yes, You and Daniel are right. All MM have this problem.
I always replace them too.
Glad some kits provide solid rods like this one.
I've had some AMD brabham and williams, Orange house Ligier, Wolf Forti...the castings were really sloppy, rusty crude metal parts and thick molding, decals thick , and didn' t react to microsol and set at all
This one looks waaayyyy better, good !
