Re: Ferrari 312T4
Some progress...
I deleted all supports from 3d-printing parts, little bit sanding those and blow first coat of primer.
In parallel i work with body. At first i replaced grilles. Those were with defects and in general the geometry was wrong.

Re: Ferrari 312T4
Why did you separate 3d printed part for example exhaust, I think it could have been done as a whole
PS: for european and north american moders Shapeways get a very good printing quality while the price is relatively low.

Re: Ferrari 312T4
Very likely because cleanup of one big pile of exhaust snakes that are interconnected is basically not possible. There will be areas you cannot reach, no matter what. So it makes sense to print them as separate entities for easier cleanup. That and of course for ease of assembly. One solid piece is harder to fit than separate parts. But those are just my thoughts, why *I* would do it like that.
Cheers,
Roman

Exactly
And another advantage in separate printing is that i can turn every single part in the best position for printing. And because of that, the print quality of the signle parts will be higher than the whole assembly.

Those grilles improve the look of the body so much , just awesome if someone released them as a set

Hi Anthony, great job with 3d printed parts.
I would ask you which glue are you using to bond 3D printed resin parts.
Gluing Abs or Pla is not difficult, but printed resin is more tricky.
Thank you!
