Martin Brundle in the Mclaren was spinning the wheels up and leaving tyre marks lap after lap leaving the Antony Nughes corner. Looked fantastic.
Yeah i watched his qualifing laps on youtube, fantastic indeed 8)

Yes thats right, also a tamiya conversion, there is a topic on this forum from some time ago, i will update when i proceed with painting. In a couple of weeks i will have a nice new modeling room with a spray booth so i'm preparing a few models up to the painting stage.

That's so embarrassing!
Within three weeks you are doing a conversion which I couldn't get done in a few month!

Hi,

I recently ordered a spray can with RAL3024 luminous red for my mclaren, this is the original color wich was used on MrLBr0 McLarens. In the past i used Zero paints MP4 red but i was not very impressed with the color, not poppy/day glow enough, just bright orange/red.

I decanted the spray paint in a jar and i let it de-gas in a small vacuum chamber at work. I also did a small test out of the rattle can on a white surface and WOW! what a color 8)

I'm looking forward to put it on the model!!

Update will follow soon.
