Ref pic request Lotus 107B
Hello! I'm wondering if anyone has a definitive pic of the Lotus 107Bs rear wing with the extra forward wing? At Monaco they ran a split wing, i would swear i saw a pic of a single wing in that configuration, but of course, can't find it now. If i go by Studio 27s 1993 full season sheet, they ran a single wing in Hungary at least. I want to confirm a single forward rear wing set up as I can steal a wing from a Jordan 191 kit for that set up, but for the split wing, it gets a little more complicated. .....Since S27 couldn't be bothered to include a wing with their PE set for the 107B. Thanks.

Re: Ref pic request Lotus 107B
As far as I know Lotus run the extended rear wing 4 times:
At Monaco and Hungary on both cars, and at France and Great Britain on Zanardi's car.
I think every time this wing was used, they used the split version in a low setting that might look like a single element from a flat angle.
As you want to build the car with that wing, you should probably go for the Monaco version, as the extended wing got a smaller sized Hitachi decal at the other three events.

Re: Ref pic request Lotus 107B
The idea i had was to take a Fujimi FW16 Pacific GP forward wing and use that if i could find no single wing. Now, any of these Shapeways guys could fabricate a wing to supplement Studio 27s PE set. Hint, hint.

No problem to do this, Bossy. Wait a bit for measuring and modelling and I'll have the part uploaded in my shop.bossy122 wrote:The idea i had was to take a Fujimi FW16 Pacific GP forward wing and use that if i could find no single wing. That would be great. Let us all know when it's available.
Another part that isn't out there is Rene Arnouxs head rest for the 126C3....hmmm....anything else?

That's brilliant but I can't get that stupid site to DO anything! Am I the only one having trouble from the buying side?
I managed to order one off of my tablet, but using that site on a PC is just not working.....regardless, thanks for the build, this will be put to use soon, I hope. Cheers!
