WHAT VERSION IS Tamiya Ferrari 312 T3?
WHAT VERSION IS Tamiya Ferrari 312 T3?
Sorry if this has been asked before (again it supports my idea to create FAQ threds of aery car/kit), but what is the GP version the Tamiya T3 is supposed to depict?
I know there are flat and dented sidewalls, curved and flat lateral radiators, big and small air exits just in front of rear wheels...
But anyway, suposing I wanna make the laziest build of the T3, what should i do?
Thanks in advance, you Ferrari experts.

Hi James,
As far as I can see, it is Reutemann winning car for the British GP. I don't know if all the details are ok, but the rear brake ducts entry in the top cowl point to that.
Regards.
João

James, as I recall in my research for doing the Canadian GP car that Joao is correct. It’s the British GP car.

James,
And only practice version. During the race michelin already had the high sidewall front tires similar to good-year's.

Thanks for that information. I must at some point have known that about the Michelins but forgotten as I found a set of High side wall tires in the box.

I’m sure James won’t mind me expanding this conversation a bit, especially as he’s a stickler about tires.Orso wrote:Thanks for that information. I must at some point have known that about the Michelins but forgotten as I found a set of High side wall tires in the box.
Bjorn, High sidewall tires? Where did you get them? RE20 kit?
Were they used the rest of the season? I’m thinking Canadian GP
