My respect for your precision, watch-making-like metal working skills just increased 1000-fold, when I saw how tiny some of those (brake pedal assembly and other parts) are compared to your fingers!
Holy Bernie Ecclestone! How do you do that!? I stand in gob-smacked awe!
Cheers, Chris

To see it in person is even better! We all know how big the average finger is, but it just does not covey the precision and scale that seeing it in real life does. I knew the parts were tiny to begin with but holy cow (!!!!!!!!!) they are SMALL!!!!!! There is no other words to describe this build (that I can say in a public forum with kids around lol). There are those of us on another plain then there's Randy! Way above at that!

Hi Folks,
A big thank you to all who commented, I appreciate each one!!!
Blake, So far most of the sub assemblies can be unbolted or unpinned for when I paint or electroplate.
This car used half shafts with a u-joint at the upright/wheel and a rotoflex coupler at the transmission end.
Some ref. pics....

The rubber 'donut'....

This is truly incredible. All those tiny precision parts. Every time I try to hold a small piece with tweezers it takes off across the room and results in a long search of the floor. This really is an amazing project.

Looks great however I'm a little disappointing you are not going to cast the rubber donuts out of flexible resin so that the suspension will work just like every other part of the car you have meticulously made.
