As long as they're not MFH kits, you're relatively safe
On the purchases side I've got me one of these:

It should do ok for soldering and maybe even, after removing the soldering tip, be somewhat usable for brass model work that requires a bit more punch. White metal might be off limits due to the relatively high temperature, but that's not what I had in mind in the first place. I intend to do tubular brass frames and maybe some suspension work with it.

A 1975 Ferrari 312T arrived at home yesterday. My first MFH kit thanks to Derek (Icon Modeler)
I just don't know how and when I'll build it. It's way different from everything I've been building. I guess I don't even have the right tools to build it
Oh well! I will figure out when time comes...

No rush. Just mainly trying to see if it is worth the extra parts that S27 did. Are the decals different from the previous version?
