Great subject for the GB, very cool to see a unique subject, and from a manufacturer we don't see every day. Looking forward to see more of your progress.
Cheers,
Chris

Re: Orange House - Brabham Ford BT42
Hi all,
my progress on the BT42 is slow but steady, as I already had a few minor problems to solve:
The connection between engine and chassis was improved with the use of a few bits of brass wire:
A new fire extinguisher had to be made, as the original molded in extinguisher did not look to good. By the same time I also prepared the exhaust pipes:
For the rear wing support I made two new pieces with the help of plastic card:
And finally for today’s update, I prepared all the pieces that are necessary for the separate front wing. For the picture I simply placed the wing on top of the ending plates. I will connect the pieces properly during the final assembly:
Despite the problems I had, I really enjoyed this build so far.
Thank you for watching!

Hello stefen
Great choice. I was not very familiar with this car, but its "less common" design really caught me.
Look forward to see your updates, you're doing a great job.
Kind regards
