I think this is actually the Ricambi sheet. Speedline's only Miller sheet for the Reynard was the Harley car of Papis in 1999. In their various offerings, they did four Reynards sheet all of 1998 cars. Here's a post of mine from another forum:
1998
Ricambi decals
Miller Lite - #7 Bobby Rahal (use Shell or Castrol kit)
Kool - #26 Paul Tracy or #27 Dario Franchitti (use Shell or Castrol kit)
Players - #99 Greg Moore (no #33) (use Forsythe kit or chrome wheels in Shell or Castrol kit)
Tecate/Quaker State - #40 Adrian Fernandez (use Visteon kit or dechrome wheels in Target kit)
Ricambi had these sheets selling for a bargain of $5 back in '99 before they when out of business. They were the first to do aftermarket Reynard sheets, the artwork was well done and printed very nicely so it was sad to see them close up shop.

Very nicely built CART!

It is good that Monogram give us the option to put the fuel port on either side of the car.

I also have one of these CART built some years ago. It is the AAR team with the eagle head at the nose. I just recently bought the Honda Target kit for Jimmy Vasser and I also have a kit for the late Greg Moore.

They are fun kits to build.

Nice, clean workmanship. Great job.
I like the modifications you made as well. I was going to guess it was the fuel filler being on the opposite side. It's one of those things that usually only the builder notices.

Super paint work and very clean build, a very pretty car. We don't get exposed to many Indy car builds this side of the pond, pity. Scale? I assume 1/24th.
