tonym- I used (oddly enough) the Provimi kit. I second what Michael said regarding the difference between the manufacturers.

Great model, great build and great subject! Just one question, when I look at the pic of the real car (in the first post) there is a decal in front of the cockpit/high on the nose (Goodyear?). Wasn't it present on raceday or didn't it came on your sheet?

You're looking at a qualifying shot - the car literally changed every day of the month right up until race day (I worked with a crew member on that car to develop the sheet - every photo was different depending on what day it was taken). There's a very good chance that the small logo is not on the sheet because it wasn't there on race day, which is what my sheet is based on (I'm at work and can't check right now) - if you go to the link I posted you will see differences on the engine cover from the qualifying configuration.

Looks great! I wish I would have read this thread before I built mine.

It was the black and gold that made me want to build it. Thanks, Michael, for these decals.
