Re: ST 27 Williams FW26
Slowly but surely, I am making progress. I have been tied up working on my 1:1 GTO for the last three months,so I have not hardly touched any of my kits. I installed the heat extractor ducts, and fared them in with putty. I should have done this before I painted the blue, but that would have made masking a b****. I will have to re-shoot some blue in a couple of spots, but no big deal.
Enjoy
Enjoy

Re: ST 27 Williams FW26
You ever have one of those kits that is cursed???
I think we all get them from time to time. Well this FW26 has been cursed. I have repainted this thing twice, because of different reasons. So last night, I am doing a final paint polish before I shoot clear and start decals. *#@$@%^@& I hit one of the aero appendages and knocked it off *%@!&^$. So now, I get to touch up the blue, and the white(again).
I am determined at this point to get this thing finished, and safely into the display case.

Re: ST 27 Williams FW26
I was finally able to get two coats of clear on this thing tonight. I used TS-13 as a base for the decals. I am going to let this sit for a couple of days, and then put the decals on. I will let that sit for a couple of days and then shoot the overall car with Zero 2K Clear.

Re: ST 27 Williams FW26
The blue looks really dark in these pics, doesn't it? But I guess that is because of the lightning?
Anyway masking looks good, should look awesome when the decals are on!
