It's a tricky car going by photos (and I never saw it in person). There was even debate if the car does a fade from light to dark or if it's just a hard separation (I think it's a fade and painted mine accordingly). I mixed the light grey to look like TS30 silver and eyeballed the dark grey. (Tamiya gloss white and gloss black acrylics.) I'd never done a fade before so I was apprehensive about that, and while not perfect, it came out better than I thought it would.Noddy wrote:Has anyone got a color recommendation?

Thanks. I've seen and photographed the car several times and I have no idea as to color or solid vs fade. Ah, well, I have enough projects that I'll just back-burner this idea until a solution emerges.indycals wrote:It's a tricky car going by photos (and I never saw it in person). Looks brilliant Michael...

Looked at a bunch of photos last night including several of my own. I don't think that there is a fade there. I do think that there is a trick of the light on the wrap making it look like a different color
