This kit body is "TamTech" carryover parts. Shape has some problems.






I made some parts newly.






The original body is divided.




It's complete.


Reattach the these parts.

Great start with this, although i wonder why you don't "just" build the Hiro kit, instead of this conversion.
Besides the shortcomings of the kit, that you already adressed, there a quite a few differences between the shorttail and LeMans '88 version. You don't mention it, but it looks like you already changed the nose shape to low downforce shape, but you missed one important bit. The rear wheels are too big for LeMans. They should have the same diameter as the fronts and not the bigger ones for sprint races. Because of that the surface of your rear deck is too high and the shape of the vertical fins isn't right either.

You should instead use the rear deck and wheels of a 956 kit.

Apart from that i'm looking forward to more progress. This should become another excellent build!
