Thanks for the feedback! The clipboard (came with the 1:12 mechanics set) is actually a very faithful replica of something invented by TAG Heuer called a "Multi-Sequence-Timing Board". It was kind of the high-tech laptop of the 70's.

Looks like an actual person!( unlike my 1/20 version)
Maybe it's the picture but the skin might need some more warmer tones? I sort of have the same problem with my army of the walking-dead Lotus bunch. i tried oil paints for chance and will strip those clumps of styrene and retry with black undercoat and trusty emal paints.

1/20 70-85 team set version. Box art gives the impression of Chapman. Reality is...well a bit different :).

Using Indycals decals on the car meant I had a few spares for the figure!
