Windshield tinting, white "cover" decal on the chevron, tyre valves -- I love your techniques!

Nice work on the wiring alfye.... sort of like embroidery meets modelling without a doily in sight!

Hi Alfye,
Really enjoyed this WIP. You've used some excellent scratch-building techniques.
Cheers, Paul

I like the way you "wired" the cockpit cables down. I do something similar. I drill two 0.2mm holes on either side of where a cable will go (while worrying that my little 8 dollar, 0.2mm drill bit will break), and "sew" the cable down with 0.1mm wire. But I think I'll use your "one hole & CA glue" method next. Thanks for the heads up!
And the brake discs -- love the "rusty edges" treatment. Looks great!

I used 0.5 drill bits becuase are the only ones I have actually, smaller ones dont last long
The one-hole technique is better because the wire hugs the cables and do a circle arroud it. I feel that 0.2 or 0.3 drills can do the job but must be carefull when pulling wires throug that little holes, I broke some pulling through 0.5 holes.
CA glue application in the underside and let it run onto the hole, when possible... I close the 2 halves on my mac and then Id troubles applying the glue on the holes near the dashboard.
Brakes dont have much mystery; drilled holes (0.5) mix of red yellow and black, the help of Tamiya PE set and little wash to accentuate holes and disks. Glad you like it!!
