I need a spare resin part for the TS engine detail set. I've tried FB Messenger and email, but got no response.

Anyone had any luck getting spares from them, if so, how?

This may be a long shot, but I got a spare part from TS in December 2016 from Mr. Johnson Tang at:

johnsont@netvigator.com

I had a sort of oddly casted header to a MP4/6. There was no practical way to save the part. I simply took a picture of the damaged part and the entire set and the good people at TS sent me a new part.

Emails sent, and the casting option is something I'd not thought of. I need to cast some wheels for a 1:43 Tyrrell P34 anyway.

I got an immediate response saying he'd already seen the request and replied to it. It was in my Spam folder!

Felt a bit daft, but he's sending the replacement part, so cheers for that!
