Hello everybody,
I am looking for this figure of Gilles Villeneuve - scale 1/20 - or for the head of this figure.
Pictures are from Marco Saupe - I hope it is ok to post them here.
Does anyone else have this in stock or can make a cast?
There are enough other figures by Gilles Villeneuve, but especially the head is very similar to the model and makes the whole thing very realistic.
The figure was then from Modeler's and is unfortunately no longer available.
Thank you very much.

Yes I have. I already have this figure here.
I just don't like the face and hairstyle so much.
I also ordered a figure from EJAN. I have not received it yet.
Unfortunately, my favorite is only available in 1/12.

MAking figure faces is quite, quite difficult. I made my own ones at much bigger scale and it's really hard, even for someone with certain drawing skills.
So I give kudos to any try, more or less succeeded.
Gilles was oe of those hard to portrait as he had a "normal" face, without any outstanding feature. I mean, people like Prost are quite more recognizable. Also Gilles looked "different to himself" in many pics, gotta say.

That's definitely right what you're saying James. It was important to me whether there might be someone among the many people here in the forum who might still have the figure I am looking for or who could take a cast.
I will definitely try the existing figures and see how they look after the painting.
And clearly a Senna, Mancel or Prost are just almost unmistakable faces of Formula 1 history. I hope you can identify my last figure, and I don't harm myself

Don't worry, it's finePictures are from Marco Saupe - I hope it is ok to post them here.
Yeah, unfortunately Modelers isn't around anymore, I'd love to get their other figures as well as the LC2 and Jordan 199...
