I have an Anycubic Photon, which is reasonably precise, but the supports needed to make the part stable during the curing process make the printing of tiny wire wheels impossible. I made the wheels you see in the pictures through the Multi Jet process and in VisiJet M3-X material, which is a kind of ABS and can stand detail of 0,016mm of thickness. But had to order to a 3D printing bureau, and it was not cheap...
