I know others have many opinions on this, but I continue to be an advocate for compressed gas cylinders in this regard. No moisture accumulation problems and smooth pressure delivery. I use a small (35lb. I think) CO2 cylinder which lasts a long time at airbrush pressures. Just need a cylinder (which should be available from welding or compressed gas supply stores) and a pressure regulator / hose adapter to fit your airbrush.

Cheers,
AJ

If you are in USA, I have a little iwata compressor could be for sale for only $50. It is a simple version without K.O. tank. I had it for about 7 years, but only used for 3 years then put it aside since then after equipment upgrade. Tested last week, still working fine. It looks like the model in this link: https://hlj.com/compressor-is-850-smart-jet-aiwis-850

PM if you are interested. I can send more info and picture to you. :D
