Contacting MFH
Hi Guys,
I've read on here about people having good luck contacting MFH for spare parts, etc.
My kit was short on some stainless steel 1mm diameter tubing and then I screwed up some tire decals. I've sent them two messages using the mail order form on their website over the last few weeks asking if they had these parts and offering to pay but I haven't heard anything back. I did find some 1.1mm tubing on BNA Models and tire decals on Indycals website but I'd still like to know for the future if I mess anything else up.
Does anyone know the best way to contact MFH? Are they still providing replacement parts?
Thanks.

I use the above email to contact them. Had many spare parts and decals from them in the past without issue

Re: Contacting MFH
Well, I guess I’ve been unlucky. I have tried contacting MFH 3 times regarding replacement parts and haven’t been successful. I’m always polite, as I’m asking for assistance. I tried again this morning, but haven’t heard back yet (which is understandable). But overall- no luck.
Any suggestions? Was their response quick?

If I have something urgent, I call them by the phone.

Well, I’m 0-3 contacting MFH. Tried 3 different times with no response. Disappointing.

Re: Contacting MFH
I feel their responding time is flex... gets longer near 20th of month when new kit is to be released, gets shorter in between.
I had times i needed to wait 10 days, & other times i get response same/next day.
Sending multiple mails with same requests might have reverse effect: they only add to work load. So these days, i send mail and will only contact again if i haven't had reply after 2 weeks.
