Alex's WIP, M23 1976 Japan GP, Tamiya 1/12 with MFH Tskt
Started this one after completing my 1/43 and 1/12 MP4/4's, building this one with a 1/20 MP4/2
Read thru the other one on this forum to take notes and saved some key pictures
I have prepped a lot of parts, all body parts are painted in TS-26, including modified front chassis,
All white metal parts have been polished
Engine block is built and painted
Wheels built and painted, rain tires will be used
Pictures to come soon
I will skip over some assembly steps and show more finished assemblies

Look at gavrobs thread on the kit and Erics wip there's a few bits that need looking at on this kit. I have this kit too so looking forward to seeing it built

Yes, Eric and Gavrob`s threads are a must have on it, both are realy outstanding and a lot of pointments to the problems the transkit have included.
Great to see you on this project Alex, will follow your work with interest
Nice done so far, what you think about the tires in comparsion to the wheels? OK or need they to be worked over?
From which time is your Transkit? One of the first or the last re editions? Has it overworked supspension parts?
Got one of the first run and i think i have to do some consversions like Eric and Gavrob, but no matter, it`s one of my favorite kits in my stock and i think i make a long way to finish it once.
Congrats to your other finished ones, looking nice!
