I think buying from or near from the source is the best choice. At AMC the kit alone was priced in the region of what I now paid including shipping. Which somehow makes sense as the kit has first to be shipped from Brazil to Japan.

Yeah, I ordered one too. Hope for the best. Great thing is; they have the release around 15 May. AMC had listed for release in June. Get it earlier and cheaper......fingers crossed.

Received my JS23 from ModellingStore. It was shipped on 16th May. Safely packed. Everything ok.

Here are some pics of the kit. Not too many parts. Should be not too difficult to assemble.The white metal parts are a bit rough but nothing one can't rectify with some sanding and/or polishing. The resine parts are better than they were on earlier Orange House kits (at least the ones I have). The PE parts are quite thick but ok. Assembly instructions on one page. All in all a nice little kit. Not highly detailed but that's ok with me. It will be a good addition to my "Blue corner".
