I don’t see why one car though if a GTR
Euno Clinic won Le Mans, but not everyone’s fave I’m sure, but BPR series dominated by others
Japanese driver, well one of them, and Japanese sponsor

Must have! My dream comes true! Although not my favorite paint scheme, I will wait for a few time see if new versions come out! If not, this version is good enough!
Look at the machined rims!

Re: November 2020 MFH 1/12 news
Good morning gents (at least from my position on earth......
as this McLaren f1 GTR car was the main reason for me to get in contact (and fall in love with) motorsports back in 1995 i have a very special "relationship" to that one.
Until now it is THE GT SUPERCAR for me, regarding all the circumstances, the people, the history, the development, the myth and it's success........
As much i love to see a full detail kit from HIRO in 1-12 BIG SCALE, the first thing that came to mind when i saw the tyre logos (Michelin & Pilot SX) on the sidewalls was "aarrggghhh".
The fonts are too bold, at least from my point of view........What do you think? Should be finer and more crispy.
look at those "M"s , "E"s and "N"s. One can hardly imagine / see these black trianlges
And the cursive printed "Pilot" should be thinner fonts than "SX", the "P" is totally wrong anyway,
Really sorry, don't want to hijack this thread or became a nitpicker, BUT when i'm willing to spend that much of money for a HIGH END kit (and i am willing!) it's something i can't ignore. Corrections seem to be .....not that easy / in that case when it's about pre-printed logos.
Or is it "relative" in that scale?
Well, althought there are more attractive liverys and beside that particular flaw (is it a flaw ?) i think i'm buying one sample.
What do you think? Your opinions are very much appreciated!
Yours
jochen
EDIT: the more i look at them the worser they get. No way. Almost nothing is in scale or in correct thickness or with the correct spacing............

I don’t mind the grey scheme, but the sponsor is far from optimal....

Nice car, but not my interest. If I can get one cheap someday I will probably make me some Harrods Decals, like the colors !

Re: November 2020 MFH 1/12 news
I'm banging my head on the desk right now, because I *think* I remember seeing a (the?) Ueno Clinic car in the Le Mans trackside museum. But what I remember is a car that in various shades of silver / grey with a graffiti kind of painting all over. However, I cannot locate the photos I took there. I have found various 917 LH and the '67 F1 cars from 2 years ago, but not the Macca.
On googling now it would seem that the car I remember might not have been the Ueno but the Yacco one. That livery is probably the mega pita to apply . Other than that nice car, but not my period although the F1 is in my hall of fame of cars.
