Re: MFH April 2020 1/12 news
Crikey, lots of nit picking and back biting about MFH kits? I've only ever bought two, both in 1/20, the Brabbam BT52B and the Toleman. Not got around to building either yet due to time restraints. I sold the Brabham and will get the Beemax version later, I made a very nice profit on it. 1/12 doesn't work for me, the kits are just too big and I don't have the display space. But for everyone who likes these larger scale kits I'm really happy that you're getting your wishes fulfilled and hats off to Hiro for doing that. If you think they are poor or ill fitting or too expensive then vote with your wallet..

Speaking of too big fur display cases , that is a problem , I bought three matched sets from Ikea last year and I’m already over flowing
Agree to that issuing in the other scales, which seems to be random, would be nice

I have the Besta series as sideboard style things, separated with 2 glass trays per corpus, so that you can display three 1/12 cars behind each fullsize glass door.
Corpus
Doors
I can't find the proper door now. All the ones showing here, have what seems like a wider frame on the inside, that covers some of the see through area. Mine have a very thin aluminium frame (max 1cm wide) and are metal coloured with clear glass.
Still no update on the Moby?

Detolf is the best option from Ikea in my opinion. No wood frame that minimizes the view and enough height. I have seen some information from people that could make dust protection. Somebody sell 3D printed parts to support additional shelves or in a more rude way you can use industrial devices.daniel wrote:I have threee of those but the problem is they are not dust proof...
Why not to open a Detolf thread to share ideas?
