DON'T buy Alpha model/hobby design recently - coronavirus

Post by danibear »

As some one may know the coronavirus outburst in China, to be more specifically, it started in Wuhan city, Hubei province where is exactly Alpha model/hobby design located.....

As the most recent case study revealed, this virus can stick to objects and live in air for as long as 3-5 days.......

I just checked Alpha Model facebook and seems they are still updating recently which is quite understandable as a small business, but.....

As a kind suggestion, be safe and DO NOT buy from Alpha Model recently, at least for a few months until this coronavirus is gone. Hobby design parts may be OK, because it has been there much longer than Alpha Model which means the parts were probably not newly made in Wuhan city. But, I won't buy either for now.

As a matter of fact I bought two Alpha Model Ferrari kits through Upscale Hobbies last December, one misses several parts, I have told Chris (Upscale Hobbies) not to worry about it until everything is OK out there.....Very scary and I saw and heard a lot of family tragedies already, I wish I could forget.

Getting the virus from a parcel?! Please....because there are other people saying this thing, doctors confirmed it cannot happen, even if the sender were infected and "licked" the package before shipping, the virus would die within few hours...no need scaremongering.
