As expected MP4/2C is coming from Platz/NuNu/BeeMax - https://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10693606
July is stated as release month, but I will only believe that when I see it released.

Uh-Oh. This brings up THAT subject again. What should the actual color of the yellow be? Should it be an extreme fluorescent yellow, or would something like TS-47 Chrome Yellow suffice?......Steve?

Re: PLASTIC Upcoming F1 Releases 2020
I feel like for most reasonable people the proper color for their yellow MP4/2C build, independent of what the car was like in reality, will be whatever matches the provided kit number decals. If one truly believes that the car was that green-ish fluorescent yellow but the kit provides regular yellow numbers, that component of your build may be more realistic but I can say pretty confidently it won't lend itself to a greater build overall.
In any case I saw a picture online of a Studio27 MP4/2C that had been built with the fluorescent yellow stripes applied, and I'll admit it looked pretty garish in my opinion. Personally I'll be going with the regular yellow route and hope they'll be providing non-fluorescent numbers.

The actual color for the yellow was saffron. The real car didn’t have a fluo finish. It just looked that way thru the race

She's just mad about me. I think TS-47 Chrome Yellow will have to do, I'm a rattle can user.

Most likely it will. The wheels in the 49(a) and 49b are different, so with Ebbro's high quality trackrecord, I guess they will be faithfully reproduced.smbrm1 wrote:Interesting question is whether the 49C replicates it’s 13” front wheels?gp-models wrote:Ebbro is showing up with another Lotus 49C version and Lotus 91B according to spotmodel.

Re: PLASTIC Upcoming F1 Releases 2020
I am guessing that 90% of the people who buy the MP4/2c kit will build it in yellow
