https://nl-nl.facebook.com/ModelFactoryHiro/ Look at the reactions on the November 26 post.
This original announcement was made by Frederic Suber who visited MFH headquarters.
The comment is not there any more though.

So a C9....Most will want the Silver LeMans winner, but if they offer the AEG circuit card version, I will cry.

The XJR14 and C11 would be the best ones from that era. Some guy in downtown Chicago has a factory Lemans C11. He brought it out for a concours a few years ago but never brings it out to Road America to race in the historics. Great looking car. He owns a McLaren GTR F1 Lemans and the GTR F1 street prototype also, lucky guy. The C9 looks like a fat version of the C11.

If a C9, I wonder if they will produce both the M117 and M119 variants?

Me too and it would be helpful to know WHERE it was posted not just be told it's not there anymore. Facebook is an impossible place to keep up with everything and very very difficult to search. Having another group or page to monitor going forward would make life easier next time.

Edit: I'm friends with Frederic and still never saw his post originally.

I fear it will be only one version, if they do more based on one engine, the model would be no more accurate like the 956 versions.
Take a stand!

Well the thing about that post on facebook was, that it was obviously done out of exitement after a visit to Hiro's workshop. Hiro san quite probably doesn't like his "secrets" being spoilt so it was better not to spread it even further, as can be seen from the pictures and message now being deleted on facebook. It would be very sad, if something like this would make future visits to Hiro by other modelers impossible.
