Interesting news
Just got an email from Megahobby. Trumpeter 1/12 Ford GT to be re-released around November Edit: Was Ford GT40 MkII Le Mans winner. Now the box says "US. Sports Car" License avoidance?
Re: Interesting news
Is there pictures of the box art ? Good news anyway
Re: Interesting news
Grand Prix Models have added this to their incoming models page saying "at the end of this year".
Perhaps now we'll see more aftermarket stuff. There was a lot talked about last time around that never materialized. One maker was considering a full-on superdetail set but abandoned it saying the kit was just too toy-like.

Re: Interesting news
I know this kit is lacking in detail, but is the overall shape at least reasonably accurate?

Re: Interesting news
If it is the GT40MK2 Trumpeter, SMS said they wouldn't do a kit because there's too much wrong with it. However, I think
the model is pretty neat. You have to remember it is not MFH type money we're looking at. I got mine for 130 vs 600 for
the average MFH 1/12. ON the rights issue.. I think there was some talk of it around here with some insights shared as to
the background...
