Not exactly the same. Your picture got two holes on all three spokes.
But the picture from MFH got two spokes with 2 holes and one with 3 holes.
Moby got also two spokes with 2 holes and one with 3 holes.

Self quote ftw.. however, Christian, can you link to or post a pic of Moby with the 3 holes in the bottom spokesky1911 wrote:Ok, I'm gonna say it, because it has to be. That'll be a 908/3
In all seriousness though. That is a Porsche. The steering wheel, well, the spokes are shown with 2 holes in the
left and right spokes of the wheel, 3 holes on the bottom spoke. What I can't quite place are the weird lever-
like things towards the instrument cluster. That would indicate something based on an actual road car to me -
think indicator / wiper stalks. The instrument cluster looks like your typical Porsche fare with a central tacho-
meter and maybe an oil pressure and oil temperature gauge to its right / left.
What struck me as a bit odd, but also points towards something based off a road car is the two long holes with
rounded ends. That seems to indicate that there is something akin to an actual dashboard in it. Or it's yet
another of those perspective things and it's actually way above or way below the dashboard area but still just
visible in the shot.
I'm lacking knowledge of later year Porsche racing cars (post 917s ) so I'm not sure, what this could be. I don't
think it's a modern car, so maybe rather 70s-80s like. 934/5/6? based on what I've seen maybe not. Oh wait.
Couldn't those two longish holes be part of the seat? Oh well. Back to work.
steering wheel? I tried googling and came up blank. 2/2/2 is what I saw or completely filled in spokes, but not
2/2/3. On the 2 longish holes... I've been thinking those could be where the seatbelts pass through, so that
would indicate a 6-point harness. Not sure when those became a thing in racing.
Cheers,
Roman

Here is the pic.
https://en.wheelsage.org/porsche/935/31 ... es/357958/
But right now I saw that the pic is named Moby Dick 935/81.
Could be the Joest version of the car and not the works car.
Oh man, that's hard this month.

Re: New MFH full-detail 1/12 kit for June
There is a 1/12th 936 if you are creative. I used the body from a Tamiya RC and some leftover parts from my 934/935 bin. The decals came from Christians friend Michael.allnie wrote:I would give my right arm for a 936- WWAAAUUUUWWW.
I have seen the June car and you are correct, it is a Porsche. The type I am sworn to secrecy.
