Lancia Stratos Monte Carlo 1977. Doyusha 1/12
Hi
This is Doyushas old Stratos kit. I started with the body parts because I was worried about the decals but
they worked well There is some fit problems with the body parts and some of the decals is not 100% correct .
I have added details parts here and there, mostly bolts, screws, hoses+fittings, wires and so on.The dash got some decals too.
I gave the car some dirt, I know that some people doesn´t like it but I do
Also I changed location on some parts , the batteri ( replaced it to one from my scrapbox) and also the fan under the front hood. My refs shows both locations was used.

Hi Thomas, I think you nailed it.
That looks perfect to me.
It's the right balance of dirt, but not too much.
Great!
I know what a pain it could be to build the Doyusha Stratos kit but you did a wonderful job.
Hat's up to you.
Regards Christian

you don't see these ones built very often, this is very very nice. Dash looks super busy, as it should.
Nice.

Impressive execution of the race grime: even into the spaces of the tire treads, I think it looks as real as you can get, great build-congratulations.

So many little details - I love something like that.
And I admire the people who do such great washing.
MEGA building - simply impressive!
