Hi manu,
nice editing but, in the only photo taken closely, an annoying "orange peel" is evident.
Sorry, but I couldn't help saying it.

Hi,
Giovanni La Rosa
yeah, well it's shiny enough for me when i look at it. My definition of orange peel is worse than that ! but ok !

Well, sunlight or e.g. led-light always show/emphasize the smallest imperfections...Manu wrote:glr190959 wrote:Hi manu,

Re: F310 BBR 1/20
Hi Kars,
the finishing of the painting is the main element to define a model as beautiful.
Not indicating errors does not contribute to the model growth of those presenting the models.
Personally, I have always benefited from constructive criticism of my models.

Well, i'd say that's a matter of personal taste.glr190959 wrote: the finishing of the painting is the main element to define a model as beautiful.
Yes, a crap paintjob can ruin any model, but there's more to a beautiful model than paint.
It's model "building" not just "painting".
In this particular case I wonder how you come to your harsh conclusion from one picture that's not entirely in focus.
Anyway, i guess you made your personal point.
