McLarens MP4/3 and 4/3B
Long time away, today I managed to see the first page here on the Completed Projects topics, will try to see and coment the second page tomorrow, all very nice works congrats for all!
Finished in december two McLarens and here is the pics, S27 kit with a lot of Tamiya parts and home made copies again (I'm learning to work with molds, resin injection and so).
Thanks for looking.

Very nice, what tamiya parts did you use, I've got an S27 MP4/3 to build sometime. Be interesting to know any issues. Love the look of the 3, especially the wide nose. Congrats on your builds.

Good Job ! Is the mp4/3b a Honda Test Car? Never heard of or seen such.

Re: McLarens MP4/3 and 4/3B
Thank you very much my friends!!!
Daveyman, these are transkits, so is all Tamiya except the body, floor, wings, and some small cockpit/gearbox parts. I believe Hobbysearch has the transkit and the digitalized instructions at their website. I found no problems with this work, but of course they are resin kits, not perfect as the Tamiya/Hasegawa plastic ones.
Yes Vekkuli, the "B" is the chassis used to test the Honda engine for the 1988 season.
Cheers,
MT

That's a fantastic collection. I'll have a proper look at my MP4/3, see what I've got.
