Ferrari F2001 | Japanese GP 2001 | M. Schumacher | Tamiya

Post by Super_Sych »

Hi everyone!

It's my first post here and second finished model - Ferrari F2001 from Japanese GP, driven by Michael Schumacher.

Paints: Tamiya TS49 & TS26 (on front and rear wings)

Clear coat: 2K Mobihel MS

Add-ons:
  • tobacco decals Tabu Design
  • carbon decals Scale Motorsport
  • F1 seatbelt set from Tamiya
  • antennas set for Ferrari F2000 / F2001 from Top Studio
  • rivets from Top Studio

Also I did some hand made add-ons:
  • front suspension arms bracing made from aluminum
  • one of the latches for seatbelts - the set contained only 4 of them
  • windshield was made from thin plastic, replacing the one from kit
  • drive shafts are made from brass and coated with clear red
Hope you will enjoy the photos as much as I enjoyed making them!

Well this is surely the best photography I've ever seen on this forum, period. Amazing work! The long exposure light streak photos look straight out of a video game.
