Tamiya Benetton Ford B188 1/20 Scale
Hello All
This is my first post of one of my builds. I've been a little intimidated because some of the models here are outstanding and way out of my league. I have been lurking for about a year ,that's how long I've been back building cars after a 30 year hiatus.
Here is my Benetton B188. Basic paints are Tamiya acrylic and the body is Gravity-Colors paints and their 2k clear. Decals are from Shunko.
The Gravity-Colors were,
Ford Grabber Blue GC-131
Ferrari Rosso 70 Anni GC-1140
Citroen Vert Bambou GC-1125
Peugeot Jaune Camel GC-1132

Out of your league?
Come on, you have build a fantastic model of that Benetton which is in my opinion one of the most difficult cars to build. Getting the paintjob right is most important on that car, and you did it like a master!
You can be proud!

Thank you Steffen! I'm very happy with the way this came out.

I second those compliments. You can always feel free to post here because exchanging ideas and build examples is the way that I have learned the most from the forum, and frankly your build looks fantastic and you can help people get the confidence to build this kit from your example. Great work!

Excellent work! Could you share your technique for painting the seat and molded in belts and buckles?
