Very nice!
Starr another option for the Benetton colors are from Mr Color #3 Red #4 yellow #34 Blue and #66 green
These are what I used on the B188 car and they are another very good option.

Great build! A very nice paint finish. The little details you added - the wing wires, seatbelts, and the engine cover fasteners really add a lot.

Thanks Jaws, despite I never had used Mr Color before, I'll keep them in mind too.jaws wrote:Very nice!

I wonder if by request Shunko wouldn't produce a 1/24 version of that Tamiya decal sheet of the driver/team manager set. There was a Piquet Benetton uniform decal, if I'm not wrong.
Not a bad idea.... only the Tamiya sheet has decals for the helmets and sleeves, not the front and back of the suits.
But with all the 1/24 Hasegawa reissues coming out, (and their driver set!) maybe someone will be good (or smart!) enough to make 1/24 driver and helmet decals???

Re: 1990 Japanese GP Winner
Thanks Guys for the nice comments.
Will probably get the new Hasegawa reissue when It's out & build myself the Camel version too.
Here's another view of the B190.
Cheers

Do you know that Hasegawa used to have both Benetton B190 and B190B? I have both kits and the "yellow" car maybe will be the first one of them I will build. The Shunko decal sheet provide enough decals for both cars.
Cheers,
Starr

Can you tell me the difference between these 2 kits as the B190 actually has the front wing configuration of the B190B which needed to be shaved off.
Cheers

Re: 1990 Japanese GP Winner
Hi Lee,
Both Hasegawa's B190 and B190B are the same model kit. The B190B is molded in white styrene while the B190 is green styrene.
The other difference are the decals.
The Shunko decal sheet I have has enough decals for both kits.
Cheers,
Starr
