De-glueing super glue

Post by tifosi-dude »

Hey guys-

Anyone have any good advice on how to distill hardened super glue? I filled in a spot on my f2001b that i need to flush out (change of heart on which race wing I want). What kind of solvent would do the trick?

Thanks for any help you may have

Why not drilling it again? :)
Anyway, there's a super glue stain remover in the shops, this might help...

Try one of the debonders put out by the glue makers. The ones that I have tried don't harm plastic. My favorite is Z-7 brand. Put a couple of drops on a cotten swab and rub it off.

I'd second Zap Z-7, you should always buy a debonder if you are going to use super glue.

.....and keep it within reach !
