Ferrari 78/88 F1 1/12
My next MFH WIP is in my opinion one of the best looking Ferrari F1at all.
Here are the first photos having drilled countless holes as usual in the MFH kits. The resin parts are sanded, cleaned and bleached. The white metal parts are cleaned in the tumbler.

After watching your 310 build, I am really looking forward to you building a MFH kit. Are you building it OOB or are you modifying parts and pieces for accuracy?

I have build that kit and it is ultra detailed out-of-box. So it is NOT that easy to improve a lot.Indy1977TX wrote:After watching your 310 build, I am really looking forward to you building a MFH kit. Are you building it OOB or are you modifying parts and pieces for accuracy?

Honestly, but i see a lot of things that needs and can be improoved and these are not all the parts shown! Might be nice OOB, but a bit simple with all the white metal parts.allnie wrote:I have build that kit and it is ultra detailed out-of-box. It is a lacquer paint. I tried Zero Paints too, but I think the Gravity Colors have extreme fine pigments and show a very smooth surface.wastgate wrote:Hi Ferr.mus gravity colors is a lacquers paints ? Thx you.

Every kit can be improved, but details of 1/12 MFH kits are in my opinion very good. The bigger problem is in my experience with some MFH kits the fit between body cowls and undertray . Seems to get a problem with this kit. The improvements will mainly be the wiring of the power train.gp-models wrote:Honestly, but i see a lot of things that needs and can be improoved and these are not all the parts shown! Mounting fuel injection system is a little bit tricky, because you have to adjust the curvature of every white metal part
