Happens frequently: very dark blue is ne of the hardest colors to "nail" in pics.
Remember (good ol vet like me) how the Brabhams tendd to look B/W on pics...

Hey Alex,
Looks wonderful. Is that one set of decals? If so, they seem to cover the dark blue very well. Tim Keily

Re: Ligier JS23 Orange house
Tim,yes they are all decals..The white is good but rather translucent although it does not show on the pictures, but I am happy because I have seen worse. The decals a very thin and elastic so they deform. The withe band goes from the back to the front in one piece = decaling nightmare.Lucky enough they provide two of these so I needed them both..I guess they knew why they include two sets..It is a very nice kit with very good fit..the big rear wing went together very well. Now waiting to dry fully and cover with 2K..The only thing that one needs to change are the front and rear rims ( white metal ones replaced by Stu 27 alu machined ones..waxdart wrote:Hey Alex,

I have this kit and was instantly terrified of those white band decals. Did you apply them whole or in sections?

I tried to do that..does not work. They are as said, very elastic and the curl when they comme out of the water. So I found out the hard way..Best way is to cut them into 3 pieces.Nose and left-right..bossy122 wrote:I have this kit and was instantly terrified of those white band decals. Yeah, that was how I had it planned. Still looks like a mountain to climb.
