Received my printer and have done first test prints. My prints look to have lower quality compare to what MoFo has produced.
I guess I will have to go through my own trial and error process and gain more experience before I could produce better prints.
There is also chance that something is wrong with my unit. But I somehow doubt it. It's not a very sophisticated machine.

Layers, event at 50 micron Z resolution, are still visible. I will play with rotation of parts to see if my horizontal placement
is the problem. Also details on steering wheel and button box aren't as good as I've expected. I might split those parts into
separate batch and print them at 35 micron, the highest resolution my printer is claim to be capable.

Biggest hindrance at present is the time it takes to print even small batch of parts. Batch shown on photos took almost 3 and
half hour to print. And that's the lower height parts batched together. Software estimates over 15 hours to print floor of this
model. While height of the printing area is decent, XY dimensions are quite small. First photo, basically represent whole printer
bed filled with parts. And because print time only depends on number of layers (height) or parts, bigger printer bed would help
with productivity of printer a lot. Here is where 4K screens could help, when they make their into consumer SLA/DLP printers.

I am running another test with white resin and slightly different settings. Will post results later, if parts come out any different.

you can reduce layer visibility by putting your parts around 45 to 60 degrees inclination. Would also reduce nr of support structures needed.

I'm not familiar with your type of printer, but works so on my form2

btw what software are you using? Freeware or paid for version?

My printer is WanHao D7 Plus clone re-branded by Monoprice. I am using free version of ChiTuBox slicer to prepare parts and supports. And then
slice my prints using provided version of Creator Workshop. Thanks for advice. I will be experimenting more with parts rotation, layer thickness
and different types of resin.

Have done number of more of less successful prints. Still have to do bigger parts.
They take a long time to complete.

How are the parts after a layer of primer?
Would it be enough to make the layer lines disappear?

I would say this is great progress so far, well done!

I'm still printing parts. Will have to detach them from supports and clean up next, before I get to priming step.
I was told that resin would sand well. So, hope is to sand off most of the layer lines. But I will have to live with
them in hard to reach spots. Not sure how much primer will hide, if anything. Will report on it later, when I am
at that stage.
