CF edges look great! Any chance of a steering wheel closeup?

great job there. Precise and smart. I'm still wondering what's the point for thekit brands to show the engine as it's so simple and square nowadays that's it's not even funny detail-speaking...
but that doesn't change the fact that your work is all good !

Thanks! The engine detail is about on par with all the other plastic kits of cars the past 10 years (F60, RB6, etc) and doesn't necessarily bother me. Also it's nice to build something that's not curbside.

Thanks! I've always been somewhat of a Sauber fan and had been wanting to build a modern 1/20 plastic kit of a relatively obscure car.

Time for another update! The front wing elements have been successfully saved.

Added more carbon fiber decal to the front wing endplates, and added the decals sent to me by Gruppecfan!

I sprayed the rear wing with 2K clear today and the rest of the front wing pieces. I also bought this PE harness + fabric which is perfect for the bright green Takata seatbelt found in this car: https://www.hiroboy.com/120_Racing_Harn ... -5294.html

I also need to redo the Pirelli decals and hope to have this completed soon!

Hopefully this will be the last update before posting in the Completed forum.

The front and rear wings have been assembled and mounted. Overall fit here is pretty good but I found myself readjusting the front wing flaps to ensure correct alignment.

You can see how horrible the Fujimi Pirelli transfer are in this pic. I will actually be using the Tamiya SF70H Pirelli transfers instead, and coating the sidewall with semi gloss, or gloss clear.

I also finished the seat/cockpit assembly. This the 1/20 T2M belt/harness set. Also added some carbon fiber to the inside of the cockpit. The monocoque has been glued to the floor as well.

The only parts left are the sidepod barge board thingies, windscreen, mirror faces, aerials, and the tires/wheels. Not to mention some minor touch ups and detail painting here and there. Enjoy!
