What paint did you end up using ?
Nope, no clear yet.

I used Gravity Colors SF70H color.

Great job so far! I am using Studio 27's carbon decals on my SF70H and I am a bit disappointed. Fit is so-so and many important elements are missing whilst some totally useless areas are included. I had to make lots of decals myself.

Can you define what you find useless and what important?

useless: some very complicated areas on the outside of the rear brake drums which will be completely hidden by the rear wheels (and which would not fit good enough to be used anyway)

important but missing: inside of the rear brake drums (the visible area below the suspension arms. S27 decals only cover the brake ducts), big winglets on the rear brake drums only partially covered, undersides of all suspension arms, diffuser underside (only decals for the fins provided), tea tray outer edges, airbox top and side cameras (!).

I am a bit disappointed by the set I have to admit. Whilst it certainly makes life easier for the modeler, it should be more complete and fit should be better for that price.

How does the Gravity Colors paint match up to the "M@r!b*r*" Ferrari logo decal on the sides of the engine cover?

There is a build of this kit on Youtube and the builder specifically commented that TS-49 was a perfect match for those decals.

I agree with others that TS-49 is not right for last year's car, but then you have the issue of matching the paint to the decal...

I am almost done with the decals, I will post some photos in a day or so. I have been working on a couple of Mercedes AMG kits, and have not touched it in a few weeks.

I painted all of the CF on the suspension arms, brake housings, side vents next to the drivers office, rear wing end plates.
