Hi James,
This is the best photo I can find of a 126C2 temp tab (on the inlet plenum). To me looks like only one row of numbers for the temp gradient, I guess being European its Centigrade only?

Wow!! that's a good one!!
great job.
forget this---> (I'd even go as afr as saying that instead of the single long window as the one I have or the former you showed, it has a set of overlapping circles? a bit like Audi anagram? As if each one peopped at different temperature.
I'll investigate. Is it a contemporary pic?)

Re: 1/12 Protar Ferrari 126C2
PS found higher res photo and another photo form a different angle
Looks like the temp is Centigrade only, the A refers to the temperature range of these tabs, cant make out the rest of the writing, probably the manufacturer?
Hope this helps! Also noticed the 1/12 MFH 126C2 has decals of these temp tabs.
If you google them, you get best results from typing "irreversible temperature labels"

Good one, Malc.
I was surprised you didn't share my enthousiasm on the link I just put, but ahem, I see I put one to a Senna's pic..
Just corrected it, take a look... it has gems such as...

and seems to be very specific, if onl I managed to navigate it well... it's in japanese.

I knew you'd come up trumps James.
Thanks to both James and Malc for sharing... Excellent

Re: 1/12 Protar Ferrari 126C2
Wow....so much info to gleen from those photos.
All from a question about those little yellow stickers, that I now know to be temp
indicators. Funny in away, years ago I was heavy into aquariums. Bought the best in water thermometer I could find. Then one day while at the Fish Shop, noticed these little plastic thermometer strips you just stuck to the inside of the glass. They were a quarter the price of the fancy one, and just as if not better. Very much like the ones in the photos. Oh, if water got too cold and or hot, they changed colors to make you aware. Live and learn. Thanks so so very much guys. JamesB has come thru again, he is one heck of a guy.
PS: And thanks to all the others for your input on this detail.
Cheers

Re: 1/12 Protar Ferrari 126C2
I put the P34 away waiting on some parts for now, happened to come across this one stuck way back in the closet and thought why not continue from where I left off. There is a issue with the body shell, but a simple fix will remedy. I know, I am fickled like that. One of the reasons I put away I was stumped over how to replicate the heat stickers, a order for a decal set has took care of that and a lot has been done in prep, so again into the Protar Ferrari breach. Photos to follow soon of painted parts.
