My simple reaction: There goes a "Master Model Builder!"
You truly provide a lesson in patience, planning and applied skills.
Thank you for the superb demonstration and keep it up.
I will follow you to completion even though my skill level is but a fraction of yours.

Re: 1/12th scale RE50 T-car
Thanks, mates! I'll try small update today, rear cover and nose roughs are done...
*********************************************************************************
OK, here we go.
We started from this, OK?
Then we put some epoxy two component.
It's a rather "physical" and stressing process, besides keeps your fingers sticky, so no process pics, just the result
I am happy with the general shape. You gotta put the right amount of plastiline, particularly not more than needed. The body will always be bigger, so...
I think there's excess here:
We'll fix it with sanding, we'll see if I have enough thickness. Otherwise I might fill in with resin
he nose, with the increased bulkhead... I'll have to add putty to the area behinf those taller "shoulders"...
The big moment, sidepods out (they were fixxed with cello) and time to "flops" sepparate the part... no big problems.
Now time to remove the plastiline. Like eating a lobster.... something don't really like!!!
OK, soon some more!
thanks for the visits and compliments

Time to bring this one back to life..
I tried to fix the old pic lins, impossible.
I'll try further and otherwise I will repost pics which I hope I keep somewhere....
