Ferrari F310B
Hi! My new project - Ferrari F310B from French Grand Prix 1997. I planned to build Schumacher's car №5 which won that race.
I don't wanna to make some modifications in the engine bay, but without them it will be looked not so authentic...Therefore my model will be curbside.
Kit
CF from SMS
Before to start WIP I already something has made...
I have reduced a thickness of diffusor:
Has done a bore for a starter:
On this element of the bottom i have closed up a hole here:
Coat of surface primer:
Monokok:
Engine and rear suspension
The engine bay is well looked through under the cowling, therefore I have decided to paint the engine completely:
From rear suspension arms I cut off thermoprotection and has replaced it with a foil
Some engine parts simply "from the box", just painted:
The engine is almost finished
In Tamiya instruction these parts should be painted in body color:
I am almost assured that these parts belong to the monokok
I cut off them and have connected to the monokok:
I have started to apply CF decals to the bottom
Next step - painting the skid block...
Thanks for viewing. Next update won't keep waiting long
