Could it be a Lotus 49 C version? Anyhow I guess the slicks came into F1 during 1971 - so yes we must talk late 60 or very early 70. Which opens up for MANY different cars.

Whose tyre pattern is it?
I doubt they all used the same.

Could it be the blue Stewart March 701 (Tyrrell)? The tyres are a match.

Checked a lot of pictures. It is a Firestone tyre.
