This is the problem with these mega-corps. They are so huge, they have everything outsourced and everything is "someone else's problem" that you can never get a real, logical and personal reply.
You have my sympathy RacingKars, but I fear sympathy is where it will end, as all the parties involved will now, as always, stick to their rules and deflect the responsibilities as they see fit.

Long story short; I know of a world famous porcelain maker that sued an artist for painting their vase in a painting, and it was clarified afterwards that though a a brand may have a design copyright and trademark, it does not extend into the representation of it. ie: While company owns the rights to a vase, they do not own the rights to photographs, paintings or whatever of that vase.
In this case, Red Bull owns the right to their logo, but if you take a picture of that logo, and then paint that logo (on a car, perhaps :D ) then you do not violate any trademark law.
Trouble is, it requires a bloody lawyer to get that fact through to the lawyers of the company in question.

RacingKars, as you are dutch, can you perhaps contact Red Bull fan club in Netherlands? I am sure with the popularity of Verstappen they must be of a decent size, and should be able to understand that common sense must prevail. After all, how many people attend races dressed up as red bulls, or make paper hats which are un official etc.
Currently building:
Alfa Romeo 159 (since 2021)
Ferrari F1-75 (since 2024)
Recently finished:
Renault R30 (since 2010)

I know for a fact that MV has the same attitude. Plenty of people here have problems with selling MV-cars.
So maybe my TR STR10 MV version will be next...

Perhaps you can find someone to create a string of repetitive facebook accounts, and post that photo robotically? That would be a fun algorithim that would never end. Infinity perhaps, for the Infiniti.

I am not on Fecal Book, so don't know how it really works.

I'm actually surprised that worked out so well so quickly! Some good news at least - Faith in multi billion dollar mega-corporations restored.

Could you please share a link to your Wastebook page? I'm not seeing it when I search for RacingKars. Thanks.
