We saw Sir Stirling Moss at the Monterey Historics at Laguna Seca in 2005, along with Phil Hill, Jim Hall, and a bunch of others. What a weekend! Unfortunately, I didn't get to talk to Moss, but it was great to see him.

Sad news indeed. Glad to have had the opportunity to see him race on Spa-Francorchamps in a classic OSCA back in '09.
