For Freddie Spencer/NSR500NSR250 fans
For Freddie Spencer/NSR500NSR250 fans
I quite fortunately came across a good pile of 1985 motorcycling mags. Among them (worth for all the lot's cost) was one with a deep test of both NSR500 and NSR250 (or RS250 RW).
Those interested on those bikes will now how hard is to get pics of those gems in naked state.
Well, the test has a good bunch of them where you may see the intricate exhausts path for instance.
If someone is interested, I may post the pics...

Are they in high resolution?
NSR 500 would be nice!

Nice find, thanks James!
Re: For Freddie Spencer/NSR500NSR250 fans
You're welcome!
There'll be more this afternoon.
A kit? you probably mean the '86 bike. The exhausts are quite different. I hope these pics will help those trying to make (hmmm, a transkit, maybe? )
I saw lately a japanese modeler making impressive renderings of those. Also a fantastic Spencer figure.
Also there are slight differences on the '85 fairing. radiator exits are assymetrical.
I made an NSR from an NS. I modified chassis, brake discs, and made my own exhausts (all that for not spending money on the more expensive NSR), exhausts looked nice, but were wrong!!!
The 250 is also interesting. You can make a nice itbach with a Tamiya 250, some NS500 parts, some NSR500 exhausts maybe... you'll see.

You are right, I have a kit of the 89 bike, saw the livery and made an assumption. I still appreciate you posting the photos.
